By signing up to sell on MADE@HOME, the seller agrees to provide refunds to buyers who do not receive their products; received the product too late; or the products are not as described, as outlined below:
Non- Delivery: If the buyer does not receive an item, as outlined below, the seller must provide a refund:
Not as Described: If the buyer demonstrates that one of the following are true, the seller must provide a refund:
Late Delivery refer to receive the product later than seller agreed to prepare/deliver as per timeline provided for the product preparation as per shop & product policy: If the buyer provides proof that all these conditions have been met, the seller must provide a refund:
Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment, refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45days for the refund transfer to be completed.
